Time for my annual follow up exams… part 1 today and the clinic welcomed me with pink October decorations… how lovely. Nearly everyone – from the registration desk to the MRI nurse to the cafeteria service staff – was wearing a pink ribbon.

And to pamper me after the loud hammering noise of the magnetic resonance scanner I offered myself the Oberweis Pink Lady – specially created for pink October.
